Business Analyst, Junior strategy consultant & architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

• Analyze business processes, identify improvement areas, and support digital transformation initiatives.

• Work on data-driven projects, leveraging AI and analytics to enhance decision-making.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to senior management.

• Assist in strategy execution by working on cross-functional projects within the Digital & AI Office.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and AI-driven solutions.
  

Educational qualification:

BE / BTech and equivalent

Experience :

6 - 8 years experience

Mandatory/requires Skills :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate closely with the leadership team, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making and business growth

Preferred Skills :

• Ability to work independently with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skill

6 to 8 years in business analysis, preferably with exposure to working in a Senior Manager’s office.
