*Job Summary:* We are looking for a *Business Analyst (Fresher)* who has completed an internship or holds a relevant certification in business analysis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on IT projects, gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Assist in identifying gaps and proposing solutions to enhance business processes.
- Support the creation of wireframes, process flow diagrams, and data models.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support project development.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and documentation.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Internship experience or certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, ECBA, CCBA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of IT project lifecycle and SDLC methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business analysis tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with databases and SQL basics.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
