Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis

• Assist in gathering data from various sources.
• Perform basic data analysis and report findings to senior analysts.

Requirement Gathering

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Document and communicate requirements clearly to the team.

Process Mapping

• Support in creating and updating process flowcharts and documentation.
• Work with teams to understand and map current processes.

Market Research & Benchmarking

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices.
• Provide insights that support business decisions.

Report Generation

• Assist in creating weekly/monthly reports on project progress and key performance indicators.
• Present findings in a structured manner.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Qualities: Team player, eager to learn, self-motivated, and a proactive attitude.
