
Overview
Client Engagement & Process Optimization: Participate in on-site diagnostic studies to map client workflows and identify potential process bottlenecks. Support the creation of tailored recommendations for operational improvements leveraging AI-driven insights and best practices. DevOps Practices: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient software deployment and scaling. Contribute to the automation of infrastructure and operational processes using DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Manage cloud infrastructure and environments using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability.. Monitor system performance and provide insights for infrastructure optimization to enhance scalability, security, and reliability. Data Analysis & Solution Support: Collect and analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities that support data driven decision-making. Work closely with technical teams to implement DevOps and AI solutions that address client specific needs and challenges. Support in debugging and troubleshooting issues across different layers of infrastructure (networking, servers, databases, etc.). Project Support & Stakeholder Management: Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and other documentation to support project delivery. Participate in client and internal meetings to ensure smooth communication and alignment across stakeholders, contributing to successful project implementation. Support version control management using Git and GitHub or GitLab for code collaboration and repository management.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- DevOps Practices: Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including
Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), and automation.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and related
container orchestration technologies.
- Automation Tools: Knowledge of tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, or Chef for
automating infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with managing infrastructure using code (e.g.,
Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Scripting/Programming: Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language
(Python, Bash, Shell, etc.) to automate tasks and manage infrastructure.
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git and GitHub/GitLab for code versioning and
collaboration.
- Monitoring and Logging: Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Nagios,
Grafana) and logging solutions (e.g., ELK stack, Splunk) for system performance analysis.
Analytical & Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen analytical mindset for process optimization.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non
technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Educational Background:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,
Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Coursework or hands-on projects related to DevOps, cloud computing, infrastructure
management, or AI are advantageous.
Additional Requirements:
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work in cross-functional teams with developers, system
administrators, and other stakeholders to build scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
- Security Awareness: Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments,
infrastructure security, and application security (e.g., secure coding practices, vulnerability
scanning).
- Adaptability and Learning: Strong desire to learn new tools, technologies, and techniques in
a rapidly evolving DevOps landscape.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on accuracy and precision in handling infrastructure
configurations, automation scripts, and cloud resources.
