Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Analyze processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.

Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and business strategy development.

Work closely with development teams to ensure business needs are met.

Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making.

Support in preparing project documentation and user stories.

Requirements:

MBA (Compulsory) with a specialization in Business Analytics, Finance, or related fields.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
