Job Description
- Receiving and interpreting business stakeholder needs;
- responding to and prioritizing requests including questions, change requests, bug reports, enhancement requests for existing legal tools and systems;
- Gathering necessary information to respond to requests;
- Resolving requests of low to moderate complexity, including writing, validating, and formatting scripts;
- Making recommendations for resolutions based on business needs and/or identifying opportunities for enhancements;
- Engaging with cross functional teams to resolve moderate to high complex requests including drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases;
- Testing;
- Tracking and monitoring requests, deliverables, dates, and current statuses; and
- collaborating effectively with direct team, cross functional teams, and external parties as required.
