Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of IT projects that align with our clients’ requirements. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and ensuring the final solutions meet the desired goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct detailed requirement analysis and create clear, concise documentation including user stories, use cases, process flows, wireframes, and data models.
Work closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to define business problems and propose innovative solutions.
Perform gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in current systems and processes.
Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders.
Ensure project alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Assist in testing processes by providing acceptance criteria and validating the final solution.
Manage and track project requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, documentation, and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT services.
