About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Subject Matter Expert) in Generative AI to develop comprehensive Gen AI-related content for a structured coursework. This role requires a understanding of Generative AI concepts, applications, and industry use cases to design engaging, high-quality educational materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into well-structured learning content.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, design, and develop comprehensive coursework on Generative AI, including concepts, frameworks, and real-world applications.

Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and instructional designers to create structured learning modules, case studies, and hands-on exercises.

Translate technical AI concepts into easily digestible, structured educational content for learners at various levels.

Stay updated with emerging AI trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure relevant and up-to-date content.

Work closely with stakeholders, educators, and subject matter experts to align the coursework with industry needs.

Develop assessment methodologies, quizzes, and project-based learning materials to enhance engagement and retention.

Provide expert insights on the practical applications of Generative AI across different industries.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, AI Consultant, or SME in AI/ML.

Strong understanding of Generative AI models (GPT, DALL·E, BERT, Stable Diffusion, etc.) and their applications.

Experience in developing training content, whitepapers, reports, or structured coursework related to AI.

Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, and cloud-based AI services.

Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret AI trends and transform them into learning materials.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Proficiency in data visualization tools and ability to present AI concepts effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in corporate training, e-learning, or AI education development.

Exposure to LMS (Learning Management Systems) and course structuring.

Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI development.
