Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Perungudi, Chennai.

Only FEMALE candidates are preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking four dynamic and skilled Business Analysts to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong English communication and administrative skills, with proven problem-solving abilities and managerial expertise. These roles will involve managing project boards, conducting client meetings, and coordinating with teams to deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.

2. Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

3. Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.

4. Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

5. Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.

6. Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.

7. Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.

8. Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.

9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

10. Assist and take part in product demonstrations.

11.Playing a major part in lead Generation & Lead conversion process.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong English language proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and project board organization.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and managerial experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Leadership qualities and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with client-facing roles and understanding of customer requirements.
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Compensation:

• Salary: Up to 15,000 – 18,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
