Job Title: Business Analyst - EDW- ERP
Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid, 2-3 days a week)
Type: Contract
Duration: Minimum 2 years
Pay Range: $25 to $28 per hour on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Systems Data Analyst to lead analytics and reporting initiatives for our custom billing solution. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing operations, delivering actionable insights, and supporting the maintenance of the application’s core logic. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, leveraging data to drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Support pay-per-use pricing models, including adjustments for process credits and rebills.
• Document processes, create test scripts, and maintain detailed documentation.
• Work with diverse data sets and UI-based adjustments.
• Manage invoicing processes in SAP and work with Snowflake data for reporting.
• Create and modify Tableau reports, such as adding columns and making simple changes.
• Explain logic and enhancements to stakeholders and support SOX-compliant applications.
• Perform reconciliation reporting using basic SQL queries.

Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or SFDC preferred).
• Familiarity with EDW applications and data sets.
• Proficiency with Tableau for reporting purposes.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for testing and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of diverse data sets.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in a mid to senior-level role.
• Familiarity with SOX-compliant applications.
• Ability to explain logic for process enhancements effectively.
• Proficiency in Snowflake and Tableau is a plus.

The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility
