Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst - Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, transforming raw data into meaningful insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX query languages is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Visualization:
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Translate complex data sets into visual, interactive, and easy-to-understand reports.
• Data Querying & Transformation:
• Use Power Query for data transformation and cleaning to ensure accurate and reliable data pipelines.
• Manage data extraction from multiple sources and ensure its seamless integration into reporting systems.
• Data Modeling & DAX Queries:
• Create efficient and optimized data models within Power BI.
• Write advanced DAX queries to create calculated columns, measures, and complex aggregations.
• Requirement Gathering:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand data and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Collaboration & Support:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to provide insights and recommendations.
• Provide support for troubleshooting and performance tuning of reports and dashboards.
• Documentation:
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of reports, processes, and data models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, or Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX query language.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Educational Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), IT, BCA, or MSCIT or a related field.

• Master’s degree is a plus.
