Overview
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Identify potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to minimize impact.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding project progress, dependencies, and changes.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
- Facilitate collaboration among team members and resolve conflicts or roadblocks.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support post implementation reviews and project retrospectives to identify lessons learned.
Business Analysis:
· Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and technical requirements.
· Perform in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
· Develop process flow diagrams, business models, and wireframes to support system design and development.
· Work closely with product owners and developers to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
· Assist in prioritizing product features and project tasks based on business value and stakeholder input.
· Conduct feasibility analyses and contribute to the development of business cases for new initiatives.
· Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize business processes.
· Act as a liaison between departments such as Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, HR, and Marketing to ensure alignment with company goals.
· Identify and promote collaboration opportunities between departments to streamline workflows and reduce redundancies.
· Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to gather updates, resolve inter-departmental issues, and track project progress.
· Ensure timely communication of updates, policy changes, and project requirements across all teams.
· Analyse departmental performance and business processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
· Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to ensure departmental goals and KPIs are being met.
· Prepare and deliver performance reports, dashboards, and productivity analyses to senior management.
· Support leadership in developing data-driven strategies for business expansion and operational improvements.
· Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation through insightful business analysis.
· Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to identify potential areas of growth.
· Recommend initiatives for process optimization, digital transformation, and business automation.
· Facilitate change management activities, including the creation of training materials and end-user documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 -4 years of experience in a combined Business Analyst cum Project Coordination - IT Solutions role.
- Strong understanding of project management and business analysis methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly convey ideas to both technical and non technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical thinker with a problem solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Should have a good communication skill with managerial capability.
- Female candidates preferred.
