About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst cum Project Coordinator who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client communication, requirement gathering, project coordination, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Coordinate and track project progress, ensuring timely deliveries
✅ Communicate effectively with clients & internal teams for requirement gathering
✅ Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation & reports
✅ Identify business needs and suggest process improvements
✅ Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 2 -4years of experience in project coordination & business analysis
✔ Strong client communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and workflow analysis
✔ Familiarity with Agile methodologies & project management tools
✔ Excellent problem-solving & decision-making abilities
