Role Overview:

The Business Analyst cum Product Manager will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, managing product development, and coordinating with internal teams. The role involves data analysis, documentation, and creating reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs.

Product Management:

• Oversee product lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Work with the development team to implement product features.
• Ensure product quality and performance meet business standards.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Use Excel for data analysis and creating reports.
• Prepare detailed documentation in Word.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for product demonstrations and business reviews.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Liaise with cross-functional teams including development, sales, and support.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of product features and updates.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / B.E. degree in a relevant field.
• Fresher or 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or product management.
• Proficiency in Excel (data analysis), Word (documentation), and PowerPoint (presentations).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
