Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues, ensuring that problems are addressed effectively and efficiently.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Escalation Handling: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to the appropriate teams to help improve our products and services.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product changes, new features, and best practices to continuously improve customer support.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduates/Post Graduates
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role or similar position is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
