Business Analyst & Associate

Overview

We are a leading software development company specializing in bespoke web and mobile application development. We deliver innovative, scalable, and high-performance digital solutions tailored to client needs. We seek a Business Analyst & Associate who can act as the first point of contact for clients, gather requirements, prepare key documentation, and contribute to securing new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Conduct client meetings, interviews, and workshops to understand business needs.
• Elicit, analyze, and document project requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.

2. Business Documentation & Analysis:

• Business Requirement Document (BRD): Capture high-level business needs, goals, and objectives.
• Stakeholder Requirement Document (SRD): Identify and define stakeholder expectations.
• Software Requirement Specification (SRS): Detail functional and non-functional software requirements.
• Functional Requirement Document (FRD): Define system functionalities and workflows.
• Technical Specification Document (TSD): Provide a technical overview for development teams.
• User Stories & Use Cases: Define user interactions and system behavior for Agile projects.
• Process Flow Diagrams & Wireframes: Use tools like Lucidchart, Figma, or Balsamiq for visualization.

3. Proposal Writing & Pre-Sales Support:

• Prepare detailed project proposals, including scope, cost estimation, and timelines.
• Develop presentations and sales decks to assist in client negotiations.
• Assist in bid preparation and RFP responses for potential projects.
• Engage in contract finalization and business development efforts.

4. Collaboration & Project Support:

• Work closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure project alignment.
• Assist in project planning, sprint backlog refinement, and change management.
• Support software testing by validating requirements through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Pre-Sales Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma, or Lucidchart.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and business process modeling.
• A results-driven approach with the ability to secure new business deals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
