Deliverables / Key Responsibilities:
The candidate should be proactive, dedicated, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities while seeking growth within the organization.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear user stories.
- Apply Agile principles to ensure smooth collaboration between teams.
- Communicate requirements and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Support product owners in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Analyze business processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure QA processes are integrated into the requirement gathering and review stages.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Assist in conflict resolution and problem-solving to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Participate in retrospectives and suggest continuous improvements for the team and processes.
Specific Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of BRD ( Business requirement Document) and FRD ( Functional Requirement Document) creation and documentation.
- Familiarity with QA processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Basic knowledge of Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
