Deliverables / Key Responsibilities:

The candidate should be proactive, dedicated, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities while seeking growth within the organization.

• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear user stories.
• Apply Agile principles to ensure smooth collaboration between teams.
• Communicate requirements and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Support product owners in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure QA processes are integrated into the requirement gathering and review stages.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Assist in conflict resolution and problem-solving to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Participate in retrospectives and suggest continuous improvements for the team and processes.

Specific Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of BRD ( Business requirement Document) and FRD ( Functional Requirement Document) creation and documentation.
• Familiarity with QA processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Basic knowledge of Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
