Overview

Role : Associate Enterprise Analyst

Facets of your Responsibilities:

• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Compensation.
• Create and update workflows, business rules, and security profiles within Oracle Fusion.
• Assist in the implementation and rollout of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for HR processes.
• Customize and configure Oracle Fusion HCM to align with client needs and ensure optimal performance.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for system configurations and related issues.

An Ideal Candidate:

• 2024/2025 BBA graduate specializing in Business Analytics with a minimum 7 CGPA, and no backlogs.
• Knowledge of HR processes and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
