Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and eliciting clear business requirements, translating them into functional and non-functional specifications, and working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires a strong communicator, problem solver, and team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.
Must-Have Skills:
Analyze and gather clear business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into well-defined functional and non-functional requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to align on company goals and expectations.
Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
Ensure process documentation is accurate and up to date.
Evaluate potential solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet stakeholder expectations, providing recommendations as necessary.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the organization.
Adhere to current processes while maintaining up-to-date documentation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver successful project outcomes.
Continuously seek professional development opportunities, including training courses, certifications, or conferences, to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
Proficiency in creating detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases.
Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to organizational growth.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
