Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Business Analyst to lead and drive digital transformation journeys for real estate developers in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in defining product strategies, aligning stakeholder needs, and ensuring seamless product development and execution. The role requires a strong understanding of the real estate domain, product lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on in-depth market research, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation and transformation in the real estate sector.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, to align on priorities and execution.
- Facilitate communication between business teams and technology teams to ensure smooth implementation of digital initiatives.
Product Development:
- Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation, gathering requirements, development, and testing to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure intuitive and seamless digital experiences.
Customer Insights & Market Research:
- Conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, and analyze pain points to improve product offerings.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify trends and areas for innovation in the real estate industry.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use data analytics tools to assess product performance and drive optimizations.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure product success and continuously refine the strategy.
Prioritization & Roadmap Management:
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Work in an Agile environment to ensure iterative and incremental product development.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Ensure that all teams involved in product development are aligned and working towards a common goal.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings.
Product Launches & Go-to-Market Strategies:
- Oversee go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams for seamless adoption.
- Develop user onboarding strategies and training programs to enhance product adoption.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor post-launch performance, identify areas for enhancement, and implement solutions to improve overall efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful digital products.
- Proficiency in product management tools.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and decision-making using tools such as Google Analytics, or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for innovation and digital transformation.
Additional Clauses:Employment Terms & Conditions:
- The position is a full-time role with a probation period of 3 Months.
- The selected candidate will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the confidentiality of business information.

Work Environment & Reporting Structure:
- The role reports directly to the Head of Product or Chief Digital Officer (CDO).
- Work-from-office from our client’s premises at M.G. Road, Bangalore.
