Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst at Weavers Web Solutions Private Limited, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our clients and our technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, helping translate them into technical specifications, and ensuring that solutions meet both business objectives and user needs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and other business units to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather business requirements and define project scope.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and translate them into clear and actionable specifications for the development team.
• Analyze existing systems, processes, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and other project-related documentation.
• Develop and maintain use cases, process flows, and data models to illustrate system requirements.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between different departments to align project goals and deliverables.
• Assist in managing client expectations and ensure that the project remains within scope, time, and budget.
• Process Improvement & Optimization:
• Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to existing business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Support the development and implementation of solutions that meet the clients' needs and align with industry best practices.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that developed solutions meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
• Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) procedures.
• Project Support:
• Assist in project planning and scheduling, ensuring that milestones are met and resources are effectively utilized.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the development and implementation phases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working with development teams.
• Familiarity with data analysis, databases, and reporting tools is a plus.
• Experience with specific tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other business analysis tools is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of IT industries and IT needs is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or others is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
