Business Analyst

Overview

About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who excels in client interactions (Significant) and possesses a strong technical background (Secondary ). The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, bridging the gap between stakeholders and the technical team, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement
Conduct client meetings to gather business requirements.
Understand pain points and provide tailored solutions.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
Facilitate discussions, demos, and presentations with clients.
Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Technical Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical documentation.
Work with developers to ensure requirements are met efficiently.
Use SQL, Power BI, or Excel for data analysis & reporting.
Ensure smooth implementation of technical solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Technical Skills: Basic SQL and Data Visualization
Communication Skills: Strong verbal & written communication.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex business problems.
Project Management: Familiarity with Agile & Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
