Business Analyst

Overview

Job Description :-

• Gather and analyze business requirements from international clients, translating them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create documents such as BRD, FRD, Use Cases, and User Stories.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining proper alignment through meetings and regular updates.
• Use project management tools to manage the progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the timely delivery of projects and provide support.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and validate deliverables against client requirements.
• Prepare reports, timelines and conduct post-project evaluations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience handling international clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello and strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Expertise in creating project documents and familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
