Job Overview:
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and providing actionable insights to improve business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technical experts to deliver data-driven solutions that drive business success. This is an ideal role for someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business objectives into practical, efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement business solutions.
- Create detailed business cases, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance business performance.
- Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for tracking business progress.
- Analyze data trends to identify issues and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage stakeholder communication to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required.
- Additional certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in [industry type, e.g., finance, IT, healthcare, etc.].
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI, JIRA, etc.).
- Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Pay: ₹395,851.75 - ₹531,207.36 per year
