The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and providing actionable insights to improve business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technical experts to deliver data-driven solutions that drive business success. This is an ideal role for someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business objectives into practical, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement business solutions.
• Create detailed business cases, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance business performance.
• Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for tracking business progress.
• Analyze data trends to identify issues and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Manage stakeholder communication to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required.
• Additional certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.

Experience:

• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in [industry type, e.g., finance, IT, healthcare, etc.].
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI, JIRA, etc.).
• Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹395,851.75 - ₹531,207.36 per year
