The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive business decisions and improvements. This role involves collaborating with various departments, gathering requirements, and helping to translate business goals into effective technical solutions. Requirement Gathering:Conduct in-depth discussions with clients and stakeholders to clearly understand their business objectives, pain points, and desired functionalities for software applications.
Process Analysis:Analyze existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.

• Documentation:Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, functional specifications, business requirements documents, and process flow diagrams to clearly articulate project needs.
• Solution Design:Collaborate with the development team to design and propose feasible solutions that align with business requirements and technical constraints.
• Project Management Support:Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:Participate in the testing phase by reviewing test cases and providing feedback to ensure quality standards are met.
• Stakeholder Management:Effectively communicate project updates and key decisions to stakeholders, managing expectations throughout the development process.

Relevant Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
• Familiarity with digital product development lifecycle
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers
