Overview
Title: Business :
- Analyze and document business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create and maintain various business analysis artifacts, including user stories, use cases, process flows, data models, and business requirements documents (BRDs).
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business processes, systems, and data.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and obtain feedback.
- Identify and analyze business problems and propose potential solutions.
- Assist in the prioritization of requirements and backlog management.
- Support the development team during the implementation phase by clarifying requirements and
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the delivered solution meets the business requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Proven ability to effectively elicit and document business requirements using various techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex business data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
- Familiarity with UML diagrams (e.g., use case diagrams, activity diagrams) and process modeling techniques.
- Experience in Python programming Language
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at different levels.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
