Job Title: Business Analysts (4+ Years Experience)

Reports To: PMO Lead

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 4 years of experience in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and processes.
• Analyze and map existing business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop functional specifications and user stories to communicate requirements effectively to the development team.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and solution design.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to obtain stakeholder feedback and validate requirements.
• Liaise between business units and technical teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of business needs.
• Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions prior to deployment.
• Work with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Create training materials and provide training sessions for end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles, preferably in finance, healthcare, logistics, ecommerce.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficient in various analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to different audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹244,877.40 - ₹1,023,310.77 per year
