- Define and document business requirements (user stories, use cases) specifically for generative AI applications.
- Analyse the impact of generative AI features on existing business processes.
- Develop and execute test plans for generative AI features, focusing on UX, prompt effectiveness, and output quality.
- Evaluate generative AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and potential biases.
- Analyse data related to generative AI product usage and performance (SQL, data visualization).
- Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations for product improvement.
- Contribute to the design of user interfaces and prompt engineering strategies for generative AI products.
- Conduct user research to understand user interaction with and perception of generative AI outputs.
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams throughout the generative AI product lifecycle.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and users, with experience in agile methodologies.
