Business Analyst

Overview

Job Description :

• Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements.
• Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change.
• Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure they understand the specifications.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Ensure documentation is thorough, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Work with the training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.

Requirements :

• Should have relevant experience with custom software development domain (pre-sales).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management practices and tools.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
• The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
