
Overview
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, preferably with A&H insurance /P&C experience.
· Strong understanding of technical architecture, system integration, and API interactions.
· Ability to comprehend and articulate technical implementation details and their impact on business processes.
· Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
· Excellent documentation skills, including creating BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
· Good to have- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, microservices, and enterprise application architecture is a plus.
· Prior experience working with policy administration systems, claims processing, or underwriting platforms is an advantage.
