About LimeChatAbout The RoleWe’re Looking For a
Business Analyst who’s excited to operate at the heart of a fast-moving Gen AI company — combining data, product thinking, client solutioning, and company-wide visibility into one powerful role.You’ll be responsible not only for supporting Gen AI solution deployments with insight-driven decision making, but also for owning LimeChat’s internal performance tracking
— including setting up dashboards, tracking company metrics, and preparing data for investor reporting, invoicing, and leadership reviews.This role is perfect for someone who’s data-savvy, systems-oriented, and wants to have direct impact on both customer outcomes and company direction .What You’ll DoClient-Facing / Product-Facing AnalyticsAnalyze customer workflows and help design Gen AI solutions that solve real problemsBuild business cases with clear ROI metrics — e.g., increased conversion, reduced support costSupport pre-sales and delivery teams with insights, reports, and customer-facing presentationsTrack the performance of AI agents post-deployment and identify optimization opportunitiesGather feedback from clients to surface insights that improve the productCompany-Wide Analytics & VisibilityOwn and maintain all key usage metrics across product, marketing, sales, and supportSet up and automate dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making across teamsWork closely with founders on investor reporting , invoicing , and board updatesDefine and track metrics for team-level performance , customer health, and business operationsPartner with Finance and Customer Success teams to streamline billing-related data and reportingWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, product ops, strategy , or data-focused rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; you know how to work with numbers and extract insightsProficiency in
Excel ,
SQL , and BI tools like
Metabase, Looker, Power BI , or similarExcellent communication — can simplify complex data for decision-makers across functionsHighly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple data streamsA bias for ownership and execution — you take initiative and follow throughNice to HaveExperience in SaaS, B2B, or working with enterprise clientsExposure to Gen AI tools, chatbot platforms, or CX automationFamiliarity with financial metrics, revenue dashboards, and investor-facing reportingBenefitsUnlimited PTO
