Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze processes, and recommend data-driven solutions that drive operational efficiency and support business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for improving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and assess current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and present solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to provide business insights.
• Monitor project progress and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate the final product.
• Support the implementation of new processes and systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and other documentation to track project performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in process modeling and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
