Job Description

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes and requirements, coupled with exceptional analytical and communication skills. This role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring that IT solutions effectively meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering:
• Conduct in-depth interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive business requirements from stakeholders.
• Document and prioritize requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand complex business processes and systems.
• Requirement Analysis:
• Analyze collected requirements to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and dependencies.
• Develop detailed requirement specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases to effectively communicate requirements to development teams.
• Impact Analysis:
• Assess the potential impact of proposed changes on existing systems, processes, and data.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementation.
• Develop comprehensive impact assessments to support decision-making.
• Critical and Strategic Thinking:
• Apply critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems and identify innovative solutions.
• Think strategically to align business requirements with organizational goals and long-term vision.
• Proactively identify potential issues and propose preventive measures.
• Analytical Skills:
• Utilize data analysis techniques to support decision-making and identify trends.
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of IT solutions.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
