Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong blend of technical expertise and exceptional client coordination skills. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our clients and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, precise requirement gathering, and the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for project proposals.
• Technical Understanding
• Collaborate with development teams to design technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Interpret and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including process flows, wireframes, and user stories.
• Client Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project status, updates, and roadblocks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Project Support
• Work closely with project managers to track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support testing and quality assurance efforts by validating requirements and participating in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Provide post-implementation support and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of technical concepts such as APIs, databases, system architecture, and software development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with programming languages or data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹51,622.05 per month
