Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in business development. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies to achieve company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and expand your professional network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in business development or sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
