Roles and Responsibilities
- Front ending customers on end to product implementation and support related activities.
- Understanding their requirements and addressing the expectations.
- Eliciting and organizing the Business requirements of customers and documentation.
- Analyze the business processes of customers and design customer specific functional solutions through the product.
- Recommend product enhancements and updates in line with the product roadmap and customer expectations.
- Maintain complete documentation for all product-related activities.
- Tech Support: Attending to production ticket.
- Maintenance of product configuration as per client requirement.
Required Qualification & Experience
- 5-6 years of experience.
- BE in any specialization/MBA or PGDM in BA
