The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring successful implementation of business solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring successful implementation of business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop user stories, process flows, and use cases to support solution design.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive alignment on business needs.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential challenges in business requirements and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure solutions meet business expectations through requirement traceability and validation.
- Support testing teams in developing test plans, test cases, and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Assist in change management, training, and adoption of implemented solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve business analysis methodologies.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT consulting, software development, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirement elicitation techniques, and gap analysis.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other BA tools.
- Proficiency in creating BRD, FSD, and user stories.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cloud solutions, enterprise applications, and ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
- Agile/Scrum Certification (CSPO, CSM)
