Position: Business Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced female Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 6 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong ability to understand and document business requirements, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation.
• Create and present reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback for improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Support project management activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
