We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in Zoho applications to streamline business processes, analyze data, and implement effective solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho products to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Zoho applications.
- Configure, customize, and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho tools.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement Zoho-based solutions.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and automation workflows to improve efficiency.
- Provide Zoho training and support to users.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Zoho applications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Zoho expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and automation workflows.
- Ability to analyze and interpret business data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Zoho integrations and third-party tools is a plus.
