Job Description

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and effective manner.
• Support the development of data-driven strategies to enhance business performance.
• Conduct data quality assessments and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive reports.
• Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
• Assist in the implementation of BI tools and technologies.
• Provide training and support to team members on data analysis and reporting tools.
• Assisting the Product Manager as a shadow in daily meetings and development tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, product thinking and strategic planning
• Should be aware about the basics of frontend and backend technologies.
• Certifications like CBAP, CSPO, or Agile BA is an added benefit.
• Hands-on experience in project management tools.
