Job Description of Business Analyst for AuroPayBiz Platform
Looking for a Business Analyst, who will be the vital link between our product teams and the wider business. You will support a cross-functional teams and development teams to help guide its growth, refine its processes, and support the team so it can build the best products and experiences for their customers.
Responsibilities: -

- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and translate business to functional requirements and solutions. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Identify emerging business solutions and think of ways how to incorporate them into existing or new products, conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Lead product implementation efforts for new customer deployments, ensuring thorough business process mapping, gap identification, system configuration, user guide preparation and training delivery, and a successful go-live transition.
- Provide Fintech domain expertise during discussions especially in invoice financing, card payments, instant real-time payment systems and internet banking. Develop crucial functional and non-functional requirement specifications, Make detailed use cases and process flow diagrams to support functional specifications.
- Own, lead the review, scrutinize for completeness, accuracy and correctness, provide inputs, and approve all business and functional specifications.
- Collaborate cross-organizationally. Communicate and validate business and functional requirements with various stakeholders (internal and external).
- Ensure all business and functional related documentation is properly updated with signed-off.
- Provide expertise for product/project implementation including system integration, process flows, API, portal reporting and analytics tools.
- Conduct UAT with the cross-functional business teams to ensure the system is aligned with the vision of the business teams.
- Provide comprehensive support to all end users and stakeholders through training and documentation.
- Ability to participate in daily SCRUMs with technical teams, identify and prepare the User Stories, Task, and Use Cases that describe the scope of the project, work with the Product Manager with respect to managing and refining the product backlog.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
- Conduct product and platforms Demo to internal stakeholders pre and post release. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Any other duties delegated.
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a business analyst.
- Experience in Fintech domain building payment products and solutions for Web and mobile would-be a plus.
- Experience of 1-2 years in product Implementation for new customer’s rollouts in terms of Business Process mapping, Gap Analysis, Training and system configuration for Go live.?
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties.
- The ability to work in team and on multiple projects within project time frames.
- Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach.
- A strong interest in business and business development and requirement gathering and analysis.
- Experience on Cloud based multi-tenant platforms (SaaS based platforms).?
- Experience on using Tools for documentation like Visio, Figma and UML for creating process flows and other visual artifacts.?
- Good grasping and learning ability to understand existing product and platforms.
