Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a Business Analyst at Kloudbricks, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze data, and propose effective solutions that improve business processes and drive value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data and identify trends to help improve business processes, systems, and decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Business Case Development: Assist in creating business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and project roadmaps for new initiatives.
• Solution Design & Documentation: Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to define the solutions being implemented.
• Project Support: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure that business requirements are being met and the solutions are delivered successfully.
• Client Interaction: Act as the liaison between the technical team and the business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Testing & Validation: Support the testing phase by ensuring that the solution meets the defined requirements and business objectives.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the software development or IT industry.
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirement gathering techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, such as user stories, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive business decisions.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Excel, JIRA, and others.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cloud technologies and software solutions.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or related certifications.
• Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or other enterprise-level systems.
