Business Analyst

Overview

You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and initiatives. The role involves leading complex projects, mentoring junior analysts, and serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team.

Location: Mohali (Onsite)

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements.

- Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change.

- Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure they understand the specifications.

-Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, use cases, and process diagrams.

-Ensure documentation is thorough, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.

- Work with the training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.

Skills Required:

-Should have relevant experience with custom software development domain (pre-sales).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

- Familiarity with project management practices and tools.

- The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload

- The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
