About the Role
We are looking to hire a Business Analyst with experience in trading systems at sell-side in near future. An ideal candidate will have software experience in crossing, market making, and exchange connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with customer to gather and document requirements for new and existing trading systems.
- Analyze and design business processes and workflows.
- Create and maintain user stories, use cases, and other functional specifications.
- Test and validate trading systems to ensure that they meet requirements.
- Work with developers to resolve bugs and implement enhancements.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in trading systems.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with trading systems is preferred.
- Experience with crossing, market making, and exchange connectivity is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
