We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1+ years of experience to join our team in Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that business goals are effectively translated into actionable requirements. This role involves analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

· Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

· Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories.

· Assist in the creation of process workflows, system diagrams, and data models.

· Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.

· Define reporting and alerting requirements for monitoring key performance indicators.

· Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.

· Support project teams during the implementation phase by addressing queries and ensuring alignment with requirements.

Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with data analysis tools and techniques; familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Proficiency in creating documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Preferred Skills

· Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

· Basic understanding of project management principles.

· Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
