Business Analyst (BA) Urgently Required

Tenure: 2 years
Job Location : OMAN (SAUDI ARABIA)
Experience (Recommended): 5+ Yrs
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Schedule: Day shift (Monday to Friday)

Must Have :

Active Passport , Immediate Joiner, Can Relocate, Strong Comm Skills ( English )

Responsibilities:

Must have prior experience with program/project implementation of BaNCS Core Insurance System or TCS Banking , and domain expertise required in Insurance Domain.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand current and future business needs.

Design functional specifications and business process solutions that meet business objectives.

Communicate business processes and requirements to IT teams during gathering sessions.

Review business requirements, processes, and solutions, providing feedback.

Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions aligned with business goals.

Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.

Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Experience:

TCS BANKING: 5 years (Required)
BanCS: 5 years (Required)
