Overview
The Business Analyst and AI Expert is responsible for leveraging data-driven insights and AI technologies to enhance lead generation and optimize marketing strategies. This role involves data scraping, email marketing, and WhatsApp bulk messaging for lead acquisition. The expert will collaborate closely with the sales team to drive performance and create actionable reports. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in AI tools and techniques to streamline operations and maximize outreach effectiveness.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Data Scraping:
Utilize advanced data scraping techniques to gather potential leads from various online sources.
Identify high-quality data points and compile them into structured formats.
Automate data scraping processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Integrate data scraping tools with CRM systems for seamless lead management.
2. Email and WhatsApp Marketing:
Design and execute bulk email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and engagement.
Develop targeted message templates for WhatsApp bulk messaging to maximize outreach.
Ensure compliance with data protection and communication regulations.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, response rates) and optimize for better results.
3. AI and Automation:

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or AI Expert, with a focus on lead generation and data scraping.
Proficiency in AI tools and techniques for marketing and data analysis.
Hands-on experience with data scraping tools (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Scrapy) and email marketing platforms.
Knowledge of WhatsApp bulk messaging software and best practices.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including proficiency with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
