Job Purpose

• Expert Analytics & Review information system with focus on productivity, effectiveness, performance (including Go Aptiv, expansion)
• Analytics integration for holistic performance review for ILT – Marketing, Sales & Expert
• Developing a mechanism to capture HCP insights effectively & channel that for better content, claims & execution

• Integrate organization wide analytics for holistic understanding of business performance
• Get deep understanding of expert performance & analytics
  
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• 3- 5 years of experience in data analytics & business insights with proven track record of building robust review mechanisms
• Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands.
