Business Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Analyst with

expertise across multiple domains, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and

a keen interest in automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to

drive business transformation, streamline processes, and collaborate

effectively across teams. With a minimum of 4 years of experience,

exceptional communication skills, and expertise in Agile methodologies, this

individual will play a key role in enhancing business processes. Experience

with Generative AI is a plus. Certifications in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum

Master, SAFe Agilist) or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

● Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand business needs and

identify areas for improvement.

● Collaborate with Product Managers, Development, and QA teams to

translate

● business goals into clear and actionable requirements.

● Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to ensure comprehensive

requirement gathering.

● Craft impactful user stories that provide clarity and drive Agile

development best practices.

● Develop and maintain documentation such as Business Requirement

Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software

Design Documents (SDD), and Process Flows.

● Ensure traceability of requirements using tools such as JIRA and

Confluence.

● Perform SWOT Analysis, Use Case Diagrams, and Root Cause Analysis

to drive

● process optimization.

● Utilize techniques such as Brainstorming, Shadowing, and MoSCoW

prioritization to refine and prioritize requirements.

● Recommend automation opportunities that align with strategic

business objectives.

● Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning,

backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

● Work closely with development teams to ensure user stories are

effectively

● implemented.

● Provide insights on sprint success criteria, ensuring automation

initiatives deliver maximum impact.

● Leverage tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Lucid chart for

documentation and process mapping.

● Quickly adapt to new domains and technical requirements,

demonstrating agility in diverse environments.

● Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in automation and AI, to drive

innovation within projects.

● Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and

alignment of business objectives.

● Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating

seamless collaboration across teams.

● Navigate conflicting priorities and negotiate effectively to achieve

optimal business outcomes.

● Analyse complex business challenges and propose innovative solutions.

● Apply structured problem-solving techniques to eliminate inefficiencies

and enhance processes.

● Proactively manage scope changes to maintain project integrity and

alignment with goals.

● Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning new domains, technologies, and

emerging trends.

● Engage in continuous professional development through certifications,

training, and industry research.

● Leverage knowledge of Generative AI to enhance automation-driven

initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong

stakeholder engagement skills across multiple domains.

Extensive Agile/Scrum experience, with a track record of delivering

high-quality user stories and effective backlog management.

Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Lucidchart.

Proven ability to adapt to multiple business domains and drive process

improvements.

Expertise in business analysis techniques, including SWOT analysis, MoSCoW

prioritization, and root cause analysis.

Contract : 6 months(Extendible)

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
