Business Analyst

Overview

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to join our software team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring the successful translation of business requirements into functional software solutions. Preparation of Documentation, Training materials and Requirement specifications are key skills required. With 3+ years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Create detailed requirement documents such as BRD, FRS, and user stories.

Solution Design:

Work closely with the development team to design solutions that meet business needs.

Assist in defining workflows, data models, and process flows.

Documents:

Prepare use cases, business process models, and wireframes.

Document workflows, data flows, and system interfaces.

Testing and Validation:

Collaborate with the QA team to define test cases and ensure requirements are met.

Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and obtain stakeholder sign-off

Developing Visual Aids:

Create process flow diagrams, screenshots, or step-by-step tutorials to simplify complex functionalities.

Conducting or Assisting in Training Sessions:

Conduct training sessions, walkthroughs, or workshops for cross teams, often leveraging the materials developed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.

Proficiency in creating requirement documents, wireframes, and process diagrams.

Strong knowledge of SDLC.

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Figma.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
